Information we collect
When you send a booking request or enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, pick-up and drop-off details, and any notes you add. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to process and confirm your booking, contact you about your hire, and keep the records a vehicle hire requires. We do not sell your information.
Storage
Booking and customer records are stored in our fleet management system, accessible only to authorised Wara Tours staff.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep. Email booking@waratourstravel.co.ke and we will respond.
